• Became champion in All Japan F3 championship series.

• Starts maintenance of MUGEN MF-204 and starts development of TODA MUGEN MF-204.

• Foundation of F3000 racing team CHERENA Racing team. (F3000 driver: Osamu Nakako)

• Starts development of NISSAN SR20DET GT300 engine.
• Acquired second in All Japan F3 championship series.
• Acquired championship in F4 Suzuka series and F4 TI series with TODA HONDA F4 enigne.

• Foundation of TODA Racing team.
• Acquired second in All Japan championships. (driver: Hiroki Kato)
• Acquired sixth place in MACAU Grand Prix.

1999

• Team driver was changed from Hiroku Kato to Wagner Ebrahim.
• Introduction of TOYODA CNC camshaft grinding machine.

• Team driver was changed from Wagner Ebrahim to Seija Ara.
• 30th Anniversary since the formation of TODA Racing.
• F3 TODA Racing Team (Driver: Masataka Yanagida), 8th in the All Japan F3 Championship.
• All Japan GT Championship series GT300 winner. TODA powered No. 81 Daishin Silvia.
• TODA racing F4 engine powers the champions of Super F4, Kansai, and Mine series, as well as most of the other top places.
• TODA Racing FJ1600 supplies the power for the Tsukuba, Suzuka, TI, Mine and Autopolis series champions.

2001

• F3 TODA Racing Team (Driver: Hirokazuya Nagaya), 8th in the All Japan F3 Championship.
• All Japan GT Championship series class GT300 tuner's title. TODA Power proves to be not only the power to have, but the depth of it's ability to both supply and develop N.A. and turbo engines to a number of teams.
• TODA racing F4 engine powers the champions of Super F4, Kansai, and Mine series, as well as most of the other top places.
• TODA Racing FJ1600 supplies the power for the Tsukuba, Suzuka, TI, Mine and Autopolis series champions.
